Our process starts by truly listening to our clients to fully understand their ambitions and timelines for their business. Once we understand their business goals, we help to create a business plan that will allow them to achieve their ambitions.

 

Crucially we then put in place the financial model supported by detailed business plan financials. Without a financial model that works even the most talented business owner with the most exciting emerging brand will never succeed!

 

Having created a strong business plan, underpinned by challenging but achievable business plan financials coupled with the business owner’s talent and passion the foundations are now in place for future success.

 

The next stage in the process is the execution of the business plan whilst achieving the financial targets. This is achieved through highly focused monthly board meetings which culminate in a clear set of actions to be achieved over the coming month. This allows the business to remain focused and maximise opportunities whilst minimise costly mistakes.

 

Finally, we support business owners with either a successful and lucrative exit or succession planning should the aim be to retain the business in the family across multiple generations.
