Ross’s career spans more than 24 years as an entrepreneur, founder, director and consultant across the food, finance and property industries. A graduate of the UK’s leading business school UMIST, Ross founded his first food retail chain “Lets Eat” at the age of 21. On exiting Let’s Eat, Ross moved to Jersey in the Channel Islands where he set up an investment, fund management and trust company that later expanded to Geneva and Cyprus. Since moving back to the UK 15 years ago, Ross has gone on to launch further new companies of his own whilst also sittng on the board of several high-profile artisan food companies.

Geest Consultancy was founded in 2011 to support small businesses predominantly in the high- end food sector. Over the past 15 years we have worked with some of the most passionate and talented business owners in the sector, many of whom remain our clients today. Typically, our clients range from start up businesses through to £10m+ turnover across physical and online food retail, wholesale and manufacturing. The one consistent theme is that they all have incredible products and are the very best at what they do.
